Trials Workflow

1. Create A New Opportunity & Add A Key Contact

Without a 'Key Contact', the 'Trials' checkbox will not appear. A Key Contact is Required to start the trials workflow.

2. From the Opportunity Detail Page: Check the 'Trial Tracking' Checkbox. Save.

Required Fields: Trial Start Date, Trial End Date, Trials IP List.

3. 3 Activities with Reminder Dates are Automatically Created based on the Trial Start & End Date

At this point, the sales rep operates the Trial as they would a normal opportunity.

IF the trial ends and the Client wants to take a regular subscription

1. Navigate back to the Opportunity Detail Page

2. Click the 'Clone Trial Opportunity' Button

3. Adjust the Opportunity As Needed. Check the 'Created From Trial' checkbox. Save

Users MUST ensure the 'Created From Trial' checkbox is checked.
