Sending your DocuSign Insertion Order
1. Once inventory has been fully confirmed, it's time to send this to the client. Click the "Docusign" icon at the top of the page
2. This is where you can customize your eMail.
Recipient information automatically pulls from the Opportunity. This information should not be changed, if a secondary signer is required, see "Secondary Signer".
Increasing the # of days before the envelope does not affect reservations, if you need an extension contact your Sales Manager.
Clicking Send Now will instantly send this to your client, this is a quick approach if you don't need to check or add to the generated document.
3. If you've hit "Next", this previews the document using the data taken from SFDC.
No bill to, ship to, or any information should be edited in this process, this would indicate the original address used was incorrect. Click Send once you've confirmed everything looks right.
