Request New Customer #
Requesting New Customer #'s must be done within the Opportunity Detail Page
1. In the Opportunity Detail Page, check the Address being used. This is the address that will be requested for Customer # creation.
If the address is different than the one used and isn't listed under the account yet, create it and update the Opportunity before proceeding.
2. Click the 'Record Management' button at the top of the page
3. From the Sliding Panel on the right hand side, click 'Request Customer #'
If a customer # already exists in the Opportunity, you'll be prompted with a confirmation screen.
