Material Contact Requirements
By Deginating one of your Key Contacts as a "Material Contact", this signifies to Ad Operations to reach out to that individual to obtain related materials.
Material Contacts are not a requirement to Send to Accounting Portal; however, they will be required to fulfill your order.
Designating a Material Contact is done in the same way you would with Signer 1, using the "Material Contact" field.
Print Materials Contacts will only be used for Print Orders
Digital Material Contacts will only be used for Digital Orders
All Material Contact will be used for Print & Digital Orders
Once you've Sent an Opportunity to Accounting Portal, should Material Contacts not be present you'll see visiual indications of what needs updating.
