Go to https://www.clinicalomics.com/category/magazine/ and copy the title of that first magazine listed on the page

Go to WP Admin > Posts and drop the text you copied into the search box and click the Search Posts button:

Hover over the post you searched for and click the clone button:

When the post opens, change the month and issue in the title so it matches the new issue:  

change the url referenced in the text under the image to the url for the digital edition for the new issue (editorial will provide this link)

Next, update the cover image above this text by clicking on the image to reveal the pencil/edit button and click on it

On the image details pane, click the replace button under the image:

Click the Upload Files tab at the top left of the window:

Either drag the cover image into the window to click the select files button

Navigate to the image file on your pc and click the open button in the window that pops up:

After the image upload finishes, make sure it's selected then click the replace button:

The new image will appear in the post and replace the old cover. Click the image to activate the image options and click the link icon to add a url:

In the field that appears, enter the url for the digital edition provided by editorial. (You may need to scroll down to the bottom of the image to see the field to enter the url.)

Enter the url and click the gear icon to display the link options:

Click the open link in new tab checkbox then click the blue Update button:

Next, double check that Magazine is selected in the category area, so the post will appear on the magazine category page, which is also the past issue page:

Next, double check the title and url are correct:

If the url doesn't match the new title, click the edit button to change the month and issue, etc:

When the changes are complete, publish the article:

It's the same process as above. The only difference is that you need to make sure the category is set to supplement, so the supplement will appear on the supplement page.

go WP Admin > Appearance > Menu

Choose Desktop-&-Tablet-Header-Menu and hit select if that menu is not the one that shows up when the page loads:

Click the down arrow next to Current Issue (it's located under Magazine):

Update the url with the latest issue:

Click to save on the upper right side of the screen:

That's it.
