Manager Dashboard
After successfully logging in you will be greeted by your Manager dashboard. This screen can also be reached by clicking the Home button in the left hand navigation column as you work through the site.
Main Features
From your Manager dashboard you can:
1. See status of current evaluation period
2. View current Company Values
3. See current evaluation period stats. (not pictured)
4. See list of current staff
5. View staff past evaluations
6. View staff job descriptions
7. Navigate back Home
8. Access your Employee dashboard
When an Evaluation Period is open
When a current period is open:
9. The "Period not open" alert will not be present and you will see a Status column
10. Status column shows progress and actionable buttons based on what can be accessed and when.
