To begin, go to http://admgr.liebertpub.com. Make sure you're in the correct web property. Make sure you're in the correct web property. If you're not, change the web property.

Next, click the Ad Mgmt button in the top navigation:

Next, navigate to the advertiser you want to work on by clicking the letter that corresponds to the first letter of the advertiser's name:

Once you've found the advertiser, click the file folder icon to view campaigns:

Next, click View Zones for the campaign you want to add the add to:

You can now view zones and add ads. Choose the tab that corresponds to the zone you wish to add the ad to:

Choose the position you wish to add the ad to by clicking the Add Package link for that position:

Now, create the ad package. To start, select a publication:

If the ad is impression-based, enter the number of impressions that were sold in thousands. (For 10,000 impressions, enter '10' in the impression box.)  

If the ad will be shown off-site (GEN only) enter the impressions for that in the Off Site field:

If the ad is a house or free ad, check the House Ad/Free Package check box under attributes:

If the ad is a time-based bulk ad, check the Time-Based Bulk check box under attributes:

When you have entered all the details for this ad package, click the Save button:

A message will appear if your changes were saved:

You can edit the ad at any time. Now it's time to ad the creative.
