Displays the available inventory for the selected website property + Zone.

To access the report, click the reports button:

Select the Inventory report:

Select the zone and year:

A table will appear.

- green values indicate there is inventory available

- red values indicate that inventory for a given position is oversold

If you click on the numbers, a modal window will appear displaying the campaigns and units sold for that month/position

You can click on the campaign to see details about the ad package, its status dates and from there, you can preview the ad.

Where do the values come from?

Click the number of available impressions to see # impressions sold by ad and advertiser as well as in total for that month, the advertisers who purchased impressions. Click on the ad package, campaign names or advertiser name to see details about the ads including their status and a preview of them. 

*Time-based bulk campaigns do not have impressions. 

Green numbers indicate the number of impressions that are available. Red numbers indicate that more impressions have been sold than were available in a given month.
