How to Retrieve Your Password
This article covers how to reset your password if you forget it and how to change the system generated one to a password of your choice.
On admgr.liebertpub.com click the forgot password link:
- Enter your user name in the fiend that appears and click the Reset Password button:
You will receive the following message if the system was able to match your username to an existing account:
Next, go to your inbox and open the system-generated email. Click the provided link:
A new webpage will load. Create a new password and click the Change Password button:
You will be taken back to the login screen. Enter your username and the new password you created. You can click the checkbox to remember your login then click the Login button:
Ad Manager will load the dashboard. Click on your username on the top navigation bar:
On the page that loads, your profile information will be displayed as well as fields to create a new password:
Fill in the password field with the system generated password from the email you received then enter your desired password in the new password and confirm new password fields:
When you're finished, click submit and your new password will be set if you see this confirmation message:
