To add a new advertiser to the Video Advertising System, go to admgr.liebertpub.com, click the Ad Mgmt button in main navigation. The Video Advertising System uses the same advertisers as the Ad Manager.  

Click on the New Advertiser link:

Enter the advertisers name:

More fields will appear. Fill out the ones that you need, check the active box to activate the advertiser then click save to create the advertiser.

Your advertiser has been created. To change or add information for the advertiser you just created, click the hyperlinked letter that corresponds to the first letter of the advertiser you created:

In the list that appears, click the pencil icon next to the advertiser you wish to work on:

The same form you filled out when you created the advertiser will appear with the data you have already entered. You can change or add to that information and save it.

After you click the Save button, return to the Video Advertising System, https://vas.liebertpub.com and set up the pre-roll ad.
