  2. You can search by filename if you know it or a part of it. Enter it into this field.
  3. You can search by tags if you're looking for an asset that reflects a certain subject matter. Assets in the Media Library are tagged with terms that describe the asset, and they are fully searchable.
  4. You can search by Date Added if you're looking for an asset that was uploaded on a certain date or date range by clicking into this field and selecting the date or date range from the two calendars that appear.
  5. If you know the image credit or part of it, you can enter it into this field and search by it here.
  6. If you know the url where this asset was used or part of it, you can enter it into this field and search by it here. You can enter just the domain name without www. or .com and it will find assets that were used on that domain name.
  7. If you know the name of the article where this asset was used or part of it, you can enter it into this field and search by it here.
  8. If you know the name of the user who uploaded the asset,  you can enter it into this field and search by it here. Note, you can enter part of the user's first name to search, (the first few characters), but you cannot search by entering just part of the user's last name.
  9. If you know the asset type, (image, video, document), you can search by asset type by selecting it in the drop down box. Note, if you do not select an asset type, the search results will contain images, documents and videos. You do not need to select an asset type unless you want to screen out certain ones from the search results.
