What Records Are Included On The Promo List

Any contacts that have been added to an Opportunity, regardless of whether that Opportunity is in Pipeline, Closed Won, or Closed Lost, are automatically added to the Promo List.

The promo list doesn't only contain current Opportunities but all historical Opportunities within Salesforce for that department

Any Contacts that have been indicated with the "Hard Bounce" checkbox = True will not get included in these
