Configure Meeting Availability

In this article we will cover the available options to configure your meeting availability settings using the Salesforce Inbox app.

Salesforce Inbox gives you several options to set your availability. Here are the options...

  • Scheduling Link
  • Preferred Times
  • Next 3 Available Times

The 1st option will add a Book a Meeting button link to the body of your email:

 

The 2nd option Preferred Times link will open a pop-up window that closely resembles the Scheduling Assistant you normally use in Outlook.

Click on the cells in the calendar pane to set time slots for your upcoming meeting.

Note & select the required fields on the Event Details area by clicking on the the drop down caret. The duration of your meeting is reflected in the times slots selected.

Tick the Add to Email button when you are done selecting your desired times. Here's how the selections will look in the body of your email draft:

The sender & recipient of the email can press Ctrl+Click on View times in new page link to view the time slots in a new tab/window on your browser. The recipient can also select another time that better suits their schedule.

Lastly, the 3rd option will select the Next 3 Available Times according to your Outlook Calendar.

Here's how the Next 3 Available selections will look in the body of your email draft.

If theses options still don't agree with your schedule you may click or hit Ctrl+Click to View times in a new page or Select Another Time
