Users benefit from creating a Liebert Connect account because it is where they can manage:

• Favorite Articles
• TOC alerts
• Email alerts

Librarians benefit from a user account because this is where access administrative functions:

Notice when you select any of the items in the second grey box, the heading switches to Institution Administration

All of the items in the second grey box relates to institutional administrative

When viewing the tools in the top grey box, the top panel says, Liebert Connect. When you switch to Administration Tools, it will say Institutional Administrations
