How to Use the Renewal Campaign Manager

Go to renew.liebertpub.com

  1. Click the new campaign button to create a new campaign:

2. Fill in the Name of the campaign and the From and To dates:

Click the submit button to create the campaign:

You will be taken back to the main screen. Click the campaign you just created:

You will be taken back into the campaign to continue the set up:

 

We recommend you update the campaign name to include the campaign id and click the submit  button:

 

If you updated the name of the campaign, you will be taken back to the main screen. Just click the campaign again from the list and go to the single messages tab. If you did not update the campaign name, go to the single messages tab:

 

Fill in the single header, single intro, and single footer then click the submit button at the bottom of the page:

It will send you back to the main screen. Click the campaign again to continue editing it then click the Multiple Messages tab:

 Fill in the multiple header, multiple intro, and multiple footer then click the submit button at the bottom of the page. It will send you back to the main screen. Click the campaign again to continue editing it then click Settings:

 

Select Target Audience and Publications and click Submit:

 

It will send you back to the main screen. Click the campaign again to continue editing it then click Bullets:

Upload Bullets from file:

Then click the Adestra Template tab:

Set up Subject and Bullet number and click the blue Submit button first:

 

Then click Send To Adestra to create templates on their system:

Go to the Manage tab then click the logs tab to get the counts:

 

Continue in Adestra to set up/test/preview the campaign.
