How to pull reports/view Posters, Papers, Videos, and Webinars leads
There are two ways to view leads from the Posters and Papers. We'll discuss both below.
Method 1
Go to the product that you want to view the leads for and click the edit product button in the top black bar on IPM. If you don't see that bar, log in and then navigate back to the product:
Scroll down to the Resource Views module and you will see who has clicked a Poster, Paper, Video or Webinar link. Note: This module does not track plays for embedded videos. There is no tracking for that beyond what Google Analytics captures.
Method 2
You can also click the the IPM Mrkt Leads link at the top of the screen in the black admin bar. To see that bar, log in to IPM using the login link on the top right side of the site:
It will take you to a screen with all the leads from papers, posters, webinars, and videos as well as information requests:
Method 3
Go to admin by clicking the dashboard link on the top left:
Scroll down until you see Forms on the left nav in admin and then hover over forms to reveal the subnav and click Entries:
In the View all forms drop down (1), select Product Form (2), then click the Filter button (3):
All the leads for Information Requests, Papers, Posters, Videos, and Webinars except plays for embedded videos will appear now. You can tell the difference between leads by looking at the subject field. You can use the search feature to further filter this list.
You can download leads by clicking the Download CSV button:
