Salesforce Documentation

This is our portal for all user guides related to Salesforce Lightning. Here you will be able to find all documentation, release notifications, and tutorials.

If you want to request a new tutorial, please do so using cases.

Installation Instructions

Desktop Version

1. Click 'Store' under your Home Tab in Outlook

2. Search for 'SalesForce' & Click the 'On' Button

3. You should now have the Salesforce section and the 'View' button to the right of 'Store' (If not just re-start outlook)

4. Click View & Log Into Salesforce. You're now all set up!

Installation- Online Version

1. Go to www.mail.liebertpub.com and log in with your normal credentials

2. You should Log-In to your desktop, click the 'Store' icon

3. Search 'Salesforce' in the left hand search bar. Click 'Salesforce Lightning for Outlook'

4. Click 'Add' & proceed with the following instructions

5. Make sure the check box is checked for 'Salesforce' (This should automatically happen upon installation)

6. The 'Salesforce Icon' will now appear on all eMails
