Initial Requirements Gathering and Creating the Request
1. Before a form request can be filled out, some core information is necessary in order to proceed
Product Family
Product Name
Price
Accounting Code
GL Code
Defer Code
2. Create the Form Request in SFDC
3. Add any related users who may be involved in these final confirmations
4. Add the Products you're requesting
If a new Product Family is needed, Create a Note in the Notes section and send this to a Developer. The Product can still be added even if it's missing a Family.
5. Add any positions related to this new product.
Important designations such as 'Only Impression Based' and 'Only TBB Based' are critical here. You can check whether all necessary information has been provided by looking at the "Complete" column to the right of the table.
