How to Change Time Off Allowance for the Current Year
Purpose:
This help doc explains how to add or modify the maximum allotted time off for an employee.
- Log into the MAL Intranet
- (For testing purposes, go to: http://stage-users.liebertpub.com/default.aspx)
- Under the main navigation go to Human Resources > Administration > Browse all Employees

A listing of employees will appear. Select the employee whose time off you wish to edit and click their name to access their records:

A new page will load with the Time Off Info tab open.

Go down to the section labeled: TIME-OFF ALLOWANCE
Make the changes needed for the coming year and click the update button to save your changes. That's it.
