If you forget your login, click the Forgot Password button:

1. Enter your user name in the field that appears and click the Reset Password button:

You will receive the following message if the system was able to match your username to an existing account:

Next, go to your inbox and open the system-generated email. Click the provided link:

A new webpage will load.  Create a new password and click the Change Password button:

You will be taken back to the login screen. Enter your (1) username and the (2) new password you created. You can click the (3) checkbox to remember your login then click the (4) Login button:

You will be taken to either the Media Library Dashboard or the LiebertWorks Launchpad depending on which login page you began the Forgot Password process.
