Preparing for an Evaluation Period
When getting your staff set up for their evaluation, these sections will help you get the most out of it. A final evaluation is structured like this:
Company Values
Be familiar with the Company Values. Employees will be rating themselves and adding a description related to each value. Managers also rate and add comments for how the employee upholds these values.
Current SMART Goals
This year (2023) you will be evaluating Employee's progress against the SMART Goals as set up last year.
Future SMART Goals
Before the one-on-one meetings between Manager and Employee, the future SMART Goals will be drafted and reviewed with manager along with goal-based KPIs.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
At least one KPI will be related to a 2023 SMART Goal as part of the next evaluation period.
Ratings
The rating system is based on a 5 point metric.
