Evaluation Statuses

As you work through setting up and managing your staff evaluations you will see progress on your dashboard via the statuses as explained below.

Start

When a new period is opened by HR all Employees will be in Start mode.  This is where you, ummmm, start!

Configure

This evaluation has been started but has not been sent to the Employee for self-evaluation yet.  Click Configure to complete the set up.

Upon completion the Employee receives an email with a link to their evaluation as well as a link to this help site.

Employee

When sent to Employee this indicates the evaluation is in their hands for self-evaluation.

Upon completion the Manager receives an email with a link to the evaluation as well as a link to this help site.

Manager

When an Employee completes their self-evaluation this status indicates it is on Manager's to-do list. Clicking this button opens the evaluation for review of Employees ratings and comments as well as the fields to enter Manager ratings and comments.

At this stage it is not available to the Employee.

Manager Signature

When the evaluation is complete and ready for the one-on-one meeting with Employee.

The evaluation is printable for review in the meeting.  

At this stage it is not available to the Employee.

When the meeting has been conducted this status allows Manager to sign, date and add remarks.

Employee Signature

After Manager digital signature the Employee can click to digitally sign and add remarks before closing the evaluation period.

Final

Done. Congratulations! All data is complete and the evaluation is closed for this Employee (until next year!).
