Sales Administrator Home Page
The sales administrator dashboard provides an overview of all sales admin related activity. From here, you can assign leads, respond to cases, update form requests, and check any pending notifications.
1. Unassigned Leads
If you have leads that need to be assigned, a counter will appear with the # of leads. Clicking on this box will open a popup of your unassigned leads table
2. Case Responses
If any of the cases assigned to you has an unviewed response, the # of these responses will display in the counter. Clicking this box will bring up the Case Response popup where you can directly respond to cases without having to navigate.
3. Form Requests
If you've created or are added as a "Related User" on any Form Request, the counter will display the # of these that are still open. Clicking the box will open a popup allowing you to view these form requests. You can also create new Form Requests from this page.
4. Notifications
Any unviewed notifications you've received will appear here. If these notifications regard a record, clicking the notification will automatically navigate you to that record.
5. Closed Won Summary
This section provides high-level metrics about Closed Won Opportunities you have access to. This is grouped by Record Type; however, upon clicking one of the rows a popup will appear that breaks out this $ amount by Opportunity Type. The included table also sorts all these opportunities by Date of Closed Won to make viewing which Opportunities have recently closed easier.
6. Pipeline Summary
This section provides high-level metrics about Pipeline Opportunities you have access to. This is grouped by Record Type; however, upon clicking one of the rows a popup will appear that breaks out this $ amount by Opportunity Type. The included table also sorts all these opportunities by Created Date to make viewing which new Opportunities have recently been added into the pipeline.
