Graced Access Sales Administration Overview
Managing requests from the Graced Access Management page
As an administrator, your responsibility in this process is to ensure that the additional graced access requests that have been approved are being properly maintained in our external systems. To help better facilitate this, approved graced access extensions have a field for "Additional Licenses Fulfilled".
From the below page, you can view any currently unfulfilled Graced Access Extensions as well as the new Projected Payment Date (the date the new license is supposed to be set to expire).
After a license is assigned in response to a Graced Access Extension, click the Thumbs Up icon next to the Opportunity to mark it as fulfilled.

Approval Overview
The Approvals Tab (pictured below) is the go-to place for viewing all approval requests at a glance.
Clicking the Thumbs up or Thumbs Down buttons will automatically approve or reject a request. Clicking on the Page button will open the detail page for the related opportunity, allowing you to review more information about the request before making a decision.
The Approvals Tab will only render when there are pending approvals to review, otherwise, this tab will not be visible as there are no actionable items to display.
When viewing an Opportunity Detail page, simply click the Pending Graced Access Extension notification (pictured and circled below) to open the pending approval interface.
Below is an example of the pending approval interface. From here you can view the history of graced access extensions with this account, as well as review the notes that the sales rep added, explaining the projected payment date. Like in the console view, the Thumbs Up button will approve the request, and the Thumbs Down button will decline it.
