Customer # Address Change Request

Sales reps will make these types of requests from within the Opportunity Detail Page

1. Open the case

The sales rep would've provided the address they wish to update to. If the update makes sense, go to the Customer # Detail Page and edit the address with what they've provided.

2. If the update makes sense, go to the Customer # Detail Page and edit the address with what they've provided.

3. These changes must be reflected in ACS also. Once this has been completed, close the case.
