Customer # Requests

Users will request Customer #'s from the Opportunity Detail Page only. The address that will be populated is the Account Address they've selected for the Opportunity.

1. Open the Case and check the Account this request is for

If a customer # already exists for this client, work with the rep to understand their use case in needing a second customer #

2. If the request looks valid, click "Create New Customer #"

Enter the actual Customer # and any additional Customer # information. If this is an Agency you must select the Agency Customer # Type.

3. The next page will have 2 tables. You can use these to apply the customer # to opportunities within that account

4. Once this has been completed, close the case and create this customer # in ACS
