Salesforce Management
The Salesforce Management tab organizes all aspects relating to managing pending and existing development. This is where we create all our Form Requests and subsequent Salesforce Operations documentation.
1. Form Requests
This tab displays all of our Form Requests. If you're looking for ones that haven't been released, click "Show Only Pending Requests"
2. Salesforce Operations Documentation
This is where we store all our documentation relating to Salesforce Processes, Workflows, Reporting, and any other related items we've developed. These records are referenced whenever a Workflow Revision, or Implementation Revision form request are made.
