GEN Opportunity Dashboard

To access your Opportunity Dashboard, click the links from your Home Page

The only difference between the 2 Reporting Packages is the basis of owner. Both layouts, tabs, and filters are the same.

The Book of Business reporting package focuses on the client view (regardless of previous opportunity ownership)
The User Reporting package displays the running user's opportunities and sales only.

If you want additional filters, breakdowns, or anything related to these pages, please put a request through Cases tagged as "Action Item"
