Voiding Sent DocuSign Agreements

Voiding documents shouldn't be necessary; however, if the instance does come up where a document needs to be voided, it can be done so from the Opportunity Detail Page

1. Go to the Opportunity Detail Page. In the top row of buttons, click "View DocuSign Status:

2. After navigating to the DocuSign Status Detail Page, Click "Void Envelope" in the upper right hand corner

3. Type in the reason you're voiding the envelope below. This will send to the Client as well.

4. After you've checked your message, click Void Envelope. It may take some time for Docusign to Process this so changes may not be immediately reflected

4. After you've checked your message, click Void Envelope. It may take some time for Docusign to Process this so changes may not be immediately reflected
