Subscriber: "At Risk"
This process allows you to flag specific journals that are "At Risk" of cancellation. This will send a notification to key members within the company who can provide support regarding these journals.
1. Navigate to the Opportunity Detail Page
2. Scroll down to the Journals, and add the "At Risk" checkbox to the table
3. Check the "At Risk" check box for all relevant journals & Save
