Request Customer # Address Change
1. Navigate to the Opportunity Detail Page
5. This will create a case with you Sales Administrator. Once approved, the case will be closed and you'll receive an eMail Notification
1. Navigate to the Customer # Detail Page
2. Where you see the address listed, click the 'Request Address Change' button
3. In the following popup, enter the new address for the Customer #
4. Hit 'Save & Close', your Sales Administrator will close the case once the Customer # has been updated in Salesforce and ACS
If you need to generate an Invoice, you may change the address in the invoice detail page before generating the document. Do not change the address in the invoice it's self, as the invoice record will still be listed with the old address
