Create New: Archive Sales

2. Select Record Type = Non-Subscription Sales & Opportunity Type = Archive Sales

3. Enter in all required fields and select "Next Step"

4. Add Key Contacts to the Opportunity

5. Add the relevant Archive Titles and be sure to include the Start / End Date and the # Of Articles

6. Save the Opportunity

Create New: LOD

2. Select Record Type = Non-Subscription Sales & Opportunity Type = LOD

3. Enter in all required fields and select "Next Step"

4. Add Key Contacts to the Opportunity

5. Add the LOD Line Item & the # Of Tokens

You will not be able to add any Products other than the LOD to this type of Opportunity

6. Save the Opportunity.

Create New: Post-Cancellation Access Fee

Post-Cancellation Access Fees can only be created from within the Opportunity Detail Page
Ensure that all the Line Items are marked as "Cancellation" before beginning this process

All Post-Cancellation Access Fee Opportunities must begin at the Opportunity Detail Page in which the cancellation charge is being processed.

2. Click the "Post-Cancellation Access Fee" button

3. The Opportunity and Post Cancellation Access Fee Line Item will automatically get created.

If you accidentally clicked this, just select Delete which will undo these actions

Create New: Trials

2. Select Record Type = Non-Subscription Sales & Opportunity Type = Trials

3. Fill in all required fields and select "Next Step"

4. Add Key Contacts to the Opportunity, once complete select "Next Step"

5. Enter the products for the trial, Trial Start / End Date, the Trial IP list. Once all required fields are entered, the "Mark Trial" checkbox will be enabled. Select this and you will then be able to save the trial.

If this is a "Paid Trial", just enter in the amount in the "Sales Price" field
