Price Modifiers & Agency Discounts
The Two Standard Price Modifiers we have are 'Discounts' and 'Price Increases'
These price modifiers are NOT carried over into the next year's renewal Opportunity
You can have either a Discount or Price Increase, you can not add both to a single line item. (Agency Discount can be applied to either)
If you try to add a discount past a certain threshold, an approval process will be triggered and the record will be locked until approved.
We also have a use case for adding an Agency Discount on top of any price modifiers
Applying an Agency Discount
1. Go to the Opportunity Detail Page and scroll down to the products. Here you will see a new field called "Agency Discount"
2. Enter a % discount for the agency. This will be applied after any Discounts or Price Increases.
