"At Risk" Products
This process allows you to flag specific journals that are "At Risk" of cancellation. This will send a notification to key members within the company who can provide support regarding these journals.
1. Navigate to the Opportunity Detail Page
2. Scroll down to the Journals, if "At Risk" isn't showing as a Column, un-hide the field
You can leave this field visible and it will remain so. We just don't default this to be visible but this is a user-based setting.
3. Check the "At Risk" check box for all relevant journals & hit 'Apply'
